Returns Policy

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 5 days after the order is back in our hands.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

Orders placed by noon CST will ship same day, after that orders will ship the following day.  We work really hard at getting orders out in a timely and efficient manner.

As we have worked in the Ag parts industry for many years and are farmers as well, we realize the importance of speed of delivery.  We try to be frugal with the money you spend on shipping, yet trying to get the part in hand quickly.  Most items today go via UPS and USPS, these will get to you within 2-4 days, most hit 2-3 days.  If you need it quicker, please call and we will arrange a time that fits your needs.
