This is a new part. I have tried to brighten the pictures as much as possible so you can see some old rust pitting. The pitting is not deep and rough so to speak, but not baby check smooth either. If you don't like it when you get your hands on it, I'll pay the shipping back and refund all money. The one dark area is where the original part number sticker was located.
