Shaft. 1.25" on small end. 1.62" on big end. Big End is 2.17" long. Usable length on small OD is 3.00" Has smooth hole half way on small shaft. .19"ID. Dirty and has some rust, cosmoline looks like rust all over, but the rust is not that bad.
