I don't know the back story on this one. At some point someone has taken a wire wheel to it. I can't say it is new, so it will be used. With a mic I can't see any difference in sizing, would assume to remove paint of a coat of rust. As always, if you're not satisfied when you get it, I will take it back and pay the shipping.
